Don’t forget to set your watches back

Oct 26, 2018

Autumn is upon us which means it is almost time to set our watches back…

This year, the clocks will change from BST (British Summer Time) to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) at 2AM on Sunday, October 28th. This means when the dial reaches 2AM on Sunday morning, you need to change your watch back an hour to 1AM.

The changing of our clocks and watches began 102 years ago when Parliament passed The Summer Time Act in 1916, thus creating British Summer Time. There are many contributing factors to the change with the main reason being not wasting valuable hours of light in the Summer months.

No matter which time-zone you are on you can always keep track of your chosen time-zones with the magnificent RAYMOND WEIL TANGO Chronograph. Equipped with a chronograph and a date function, this model, which is water resistant up to 300m.
